Roasted Balsamic Brussel Sprouts


Brussel sprouts are so underrated.  When they're roasted, and not old-fashioned boiled, they're absolutely amazing.  I've yet to find someone who's not a lover of brussel sprouts, deep down inside...when they're prepared right.

Stepping into Fall...Bring on the Boots!



Fall is such a great time of the year!  What's not to love about the cooler weather, the crisp evenings, and that brisk feel to the air.  Everyone bundles up a bit more, and heads to the fields for an autumn connection with nature.  Whether its the annual trip to the pumpkin fields, a festive hay-rack ride, or an afternoon of leaf raking, Fall is a time for a celebration of outdoor life.
